Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed stuffs with tags within 7 Days of buying for an exchange. 
  2. Please return things with a copy of the your cash on delivery slip and mention the reason for returning the items. 
  3. Customer needs to return the goods via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  4. Delivery Charges are not refundable 
  5. All returns should be sent to the address written on our Cash on delivery slip. 
  6. We have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. But you do need to confirm your required size carefully before buying (a size measurement will be show below each items).Attention: we can’t accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.

    The following information is required when you reflect the problem:

    —-Image/video of defective beads.
